Job summary

Sergio Ruiz & Son, Inc is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive concrete and asphalt project sales in Atlanta and surrounding areas. The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with a base salary plus commission and a company vehicle option.

The role targets a retiree audience seeking flexible hours and responsibilities include client acquisition, quotes, and contract negotiations across residential and commercial segments.

Qualifications

• Experience: sales experience in concrete/asphalt or related heavy industrial industries.
• Knowledge: solid understanding of asphalt/concrete products and DOT specs.
• Skills: excellent verbal and written communication; presentation and negotiation skills.
• Aptitude: highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-driven with minimal supervision.
• Other: valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers; be the primary contact.
• Prepare and deliver sales quotes; negotiate contracts; close deals.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project needs and ensure quality service.
