Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in outside sales or account management; construction/pavement maintenance background a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and trade associations.
