Job summary

SPEC Building Materials Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Team member in Memphis, TN to grow the customer base and promote the full SPEC product line. You will prospect for new accounts through cold calling, provide leads, and network to meet sales targets.

The role requires maintaining existing customers with excellent service, advising on SPEC products, and developing strong vendor relationships. A valid driver’s license is required. In-person work, full-time.

Qualifications

• Must have track record selling building materials to contractors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively with little supervision.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities
