Job summary

SPEC Building Materials Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Team member to prospect new accounts and grow product sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes advising customers on SPEC products and promoting the full product line.

The position is full-time with salary range $60,000.00–$85,000.00 per year, in-person work location, and a benefits package including 401(k), insurance, PTO, and travel reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new accounts through cold calling, providing leads, and networking.
• Meet and exceed pre-determined sales goals.
• Maintain existing customer base with excellent customer service.
• Understand and advise customers on the products and services that SPEC Building Materials offers.
• Maintain good relationships with our valued vendors.
