Job summary

ALLDATA, an AutoZone company, seeks a driven Field Sales Representative to manage a defined territory of auto repair shops. You will analyze customer needs, present ALLDATA solutions, and drive adoption across product lines, both onsite and remotely.

You will engage shop owners, build a robust pipeline, and excel in a consultative, metrics-driven environment with substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One to five years of proven direct sales success; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Ability to visit a minimum of 8 shops per day; 10 daily calls to prospects/customers; 2 demos & 2 new opportunities per day.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand a strong customer base within your territory.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly territory sales goals.
• Install ALLDATA products and deliver onsite and virtual training across product lines.
• Leverage existing ALLDATA customers to drive territory growth and product adoption.
• Apply a consultative sales approach—prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction.
• Support satisfaction/retention by meeting key performance metrics.
• Provide management with insights on industry trends and competitive activity.
• Participate in evening/weekend events, trade shows, and partner activities.
• Work Saturdays when required; build relationships with distribution partners.
• Communicate ALLDATA's value propositions in every interaction.
• This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
