Job summary

ALLDATA—an AutoZone company—is seeking a Sales Representative to cover Minneapolis, MN and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with independent and chain repair shops, conduct needs analyses, and tailor ALLDATA solutions to boost efficiency, workflows, and profitability.

You’ll drive the full sales cycle, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and aim to exceed monthly territory goals while training customers onsite and virtually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of direct sales experience; automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to visit at least 8 shops per day.
• Make at least 10 daily calls to prospects or existing customers.
• Create 2 new opportunities, conduct 2 product demos, and set 2 appointments per day.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand a strong customer base within territory.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly territory sales goals.
• Install ALLDATA products and deliver onsite and virtual training.
• Leverage existing customers to drive additional territory growth.
• Apply consultative sales, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, and closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and drive retention metrics.
• Report industry trends and competitive activity to management.
• Participate in local trade shows and partner activities; some events require evenings/weekends.
