Job summary

ALLDATA is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive strategic sales across an assigned territory that includes Mandeville, LA and Gulfport, MS. You will engage shop owners, analyze operational needs, and tailor ALLDATA solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities include training, product demos, and building strong partnerships with distribution channels. The role emphasizes consultative selling, meeting aggressive activity metrics, collaborating with marketing and product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of proven direct sales success; automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to visit a minimum of 8 shops per day; make 10 daily calls; create 2 opportunities, 2 demos, and 2 appointments per day.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand a strong customer base within your assigned territory.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly territory sales goals.
• Install ALLDATA products and deliver onsite and virtual training across all product lines.
• Leverage existing ALLDATA customers to drive additional territory growth and product adoption.
• Apply a consultative sales approach from prospecting to closing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction and retention.
