Job summary

BRAMCO GROUP in Knoxville, TN is seeking a results-driven RDT/PSSR to support our drilling industry customers with maintenance and consumable parts, visiting job sites and shops to promote PECO products and services.

You will manage customer relationships, document machine data in CRMseries, and coordinate preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. A two-year degree or technical training is preferred, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 2 yr college degree or technical training preferred for role.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office beneficial.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain excellent customer relationships at external and internal levels.
• Visit customer job sites to assess parts or service needs and log data in CRMseries.
• Promote PECO PSPs and products with branch teams and customers.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety and operation.
• Maintain up-to-date tool inventory and perform on-site inspections.
