Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth and execute in-store strategies at The Home Depot across the nation. You will blend merchandising, sales analytics, and customer engagement to strengthen our retail presence.

You will participate in a dynamic training program, grow in a fast-paced environment, and advance your career through hands-on field experience while building strong partnerships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid United States driver’s license for at least one year.
• Own vehicle with valid insurance.
• Willing to travel to assigned store locations and attend meetings/events, with air travel as needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing ladders as required.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Formal higher education preferred but not required – equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walkthroughs.
• Support marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and sell-through.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze store performance and drive merchandising decisions.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates to improve in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report stock movement.
• Participate in merchandising resets and ensure timely product placements.
