Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a dynamic field sales associate to grow market share within The Home Depot. You will engage customers, demo products, and implement store-level merchandising strategies to maximize sell-through.

Work includes promoting brand initiatives, analyzing sales data with Power BI, and building strong relationships with Home Depot teams. A hands-on, results-driven mindset and retail know-how are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and able to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and personal vehicle.
• MS Office proficiency and willingness to travel.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Leverage Power BI data analytics to drive merchandising decisions and maximize impact.
• Develop deep understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, and competitive dynamics.
