Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive premier product line sales at The Home Depot. You will enhance in-store engagement, manage events and demos, and coordinate branding activities while applying Power BI insights to maximize impact.

You will develop market knowledge, build partnerships with Home Depot teams, and coordinate merchandising and inventory to support growth and brand presence across assigned stores.

• Ability to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
• Strong communication with retail partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and sell-through.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and product placement, using data analytics to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in training programs to operate independently in the market.
• Build and manage relationships with store teams to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting for tasks and responsibilities.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support product launches and drive growth.
