Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth with The Home Depot and other major retailers across the United States. You will lead product demonstrations, plan promotions, and build strong retailer relationships.

This role blends field sales with data-driven marketing using Power BI, while ensuring brand presence, inventory availability, and compliant store resets, travel, and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year
• Personal vehicle and insurance
• Willingness to travel to stores and events, including air travel
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store consumer sales and service at The Home Depot
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through
• Ensure brand presence and storefront readiness; use Power BI to guide decisions
• Develop understanding of retail market, customer profiles, and channel dynamics
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot staff and internal teams
