Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market growth with The Home Depot as a key partner. You will lead retail strategy execution, perform product demonstrations, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.

The role emphasizes travel, customer engagement, and strong product knowledge, with ongoing training and career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable transportation.
• Travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot with tailored TTI product solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions (Power BI).
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to improve in-store execution.
