Job summary

Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive in-store sales and brand presence with The Home Depot across the U.S. You will leverage product knowledge to engage customers, perform live demos, and support promotional campaigns that boost sell-through.

The role requires strong communication, account management, and MS Office proficiency, with travel to assigned stores and occasional meetings. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events. Air travel will be required.
• Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service at The Home Depot with product solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and optimal merchandising and reporting using data analytics for decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with The Home Depot staff to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and reporting of tasks.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support innovation and drive growth.
