Job summary

Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot as a primary partner. You will execute retail strategies, deliver product demos, and engage customers across assigned stores while building strong relationships with store teams.

This full-time role requires travel to multiple locations nationwide, strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel to assigned store locations and attend meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot by delivering product solutions with strong product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives and promotions to increase product sell-through.
• Use data analytics, including Power BI, to optimize merchandising and drive retail decisions.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates to improve in-store execution.
