Job summary

Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth in The Home Depot ecosystem. You will execute retail strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and manage campaigns that boost brand visibility and product sell‑through.

You will use Power BI for analytics, coordinate promotional events, and collaborate with store teams to optimize merchandising and stock levels across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or retail merchandising.
• Ability to analyze store data and translate insights.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot and other assigned stores.
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to boost awareness and sell‑through.
• Ensure brand presence and optimal product placement across resets.
• Develop deep knowledge of retail marketplace and customer profiles.
• Complete training programs and work independently in assigned markets.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot personnel for in‑store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report on stock status.
• Support merchandising resets to showcase innovative products.
