Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales of premier power tool brands with major retail partners nationwide, including Home Depot. The role emphasizes account management, in-store execution, and data-driven merchandising.

You will engage customers, plan promotional events, and collaborate with brand and store teams to maximize sell-through while maintaining high standards of product knowledge and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or retail account management is preferred.
• Able to travel to store locations and attend events as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed targets at The Home Depot and other key retail partners.
• Plan and execute store promotions, product demos, and in-store events.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement brand initiatives and promotional activities.
• Utilize Power BI and data to optimize merchandising, product placement, and sell-through.
• Build and nurture relationships with store teams to enable long-term partnerships.
