Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales of premier product lines within Home Depot locations across the US. You will enhance selling, account management, and communication while launching your career in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid US driver's license for at least one year.
• Personal vehicle and insurance required.
• Willingness to travel to stores and occasional meetings.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• MS Office proficiency and data-driven merchandising skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets with best-in-class consumer sales at The Home Depot.
• Plan events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to grow sell-through.
• Maintain brand presence and inventory, report tasks promptly.
• Build relationships with Home Depot staff for in-store execution.
• Leverage data analytics to drive decisions and impact.
• Travel to assigned stores and participate in training programs.
