Techtronic Industries (TTI) is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales of premier power tool lines at large retail partners like The Home Depot. You will develop account relationships, execute promotional events, and deliver customer-focused solutions with deep product knowledge.

Based nationwide in the United States, the role requires travel, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while engaging customers to grow brand presence and sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States
• Valid US driver's license for at least one continuous year
• Own a personal vehicle with valid insurance listing you as the primary driver
• Willingness to travel to store locations and attend meetings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a retail setting
• MS Office proficiency required
• Multilingual abilities preferred depending on market
• Formal higher education preferred but not required — equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through
• Leverage data analytics via Power BI to drive decisions and improve impact
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members
• Manage inventory levels and prompt reporting of tasks
• Participate in merchandising resets to maintain brand presence
