Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales of premier product lines at The Home Depot across the United States. You will enhance selling, account management, and communication skills while launching a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include promotional events, demos, and strategic merchandising, using Power BI to guide decisions and maximize impact. Travel and weekend work are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid United States driver's license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to travel to/from assigned store locations; air travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store consumer sales and service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Utilize Power BI analytics to inform merchandising and decision-making for impact and growth.
• Build relationships with Home Depot teams to improve in-store execution and partnerships.
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock when needed, and report tasks promptly.
• Assist in merchandising resets to support product placement and timely updates.
