• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service at Home Depot
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising with data-driven decisions via Power BI
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics
• Participate in TTI training to work independently in assigned market
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members
• Manage inventory levels and reporting of tasks and responsibilities
• Support merchandising resets and store objectives while following safety protocols
