Job summary

TTI, Inc. is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth in Home Depot locations nationwide. You will conduct product demos, plan events, and support branding initiatives while using data analytics to optimize merchandising and sell-through.

The role requires travel, a valid US driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Compensation includes hourly pay with strong benefits and relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills are required.
• MS Office proficiency is expected for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at Home Depot.
• Plan promotional events, product demos and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and drive product sell-through.
• Leverage Power BI data analytics to inform merchandising and decisions.
• Build long-term relationships with Home Depot team members and manage inventory.
