Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth with The Home Depot across the United States. You will execute in-store promotions, conduct product demos, and analyze sell-through using Power BI while building strong retailer relationships.

Based in the United States, you will travel to assigned stores, plan events, and support brand campaigns. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least 1 year and personal vehicle required.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations and occasional travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot through B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute in-store events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness and sell-through.
• Maintain brand presence and merchandising, optimize product placement, and use data analytics to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and competitive landscape.
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot personnel to enable in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to launch new products and meet market needs.
