Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share at The Home Depot and neighboring retailers. You will deliver B2C sales, demonstrate products, and build strong retailer partnerships.

The role emphasizes promotional events, merchandising, data-driven decisions with Power BI, and hands-on training. Planograms, store demos and campaigns enable growth and brand leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must own a personal vehicle and maintain insurance as primary driver.
• Position requires travel to assigned store locations and occasional air travel.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving products as needed.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; retail environment full-time.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence through merchandising, optimal product placement and data-driven decisions with Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in company training programs to work independently in assigned markets.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
