Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share at The Home Depot, delivering hands‑on merchandising, events, and sales analytics. You will build relationships with store teams and manage product visibility while supporting brand initiatives across multiple markets.

The role requires travel, a valid driver's license, and MS Office proficiency; Power BI will inform decisions and strategy, with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid vehicle insurance.
• Positions require travel to stores and occasional meetings; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising and complete store objectives; use Power BI for decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI training and build strong relationships with Home Depot team members.
