Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot nationwide. You will perform in-store demonstrations, events, and promotional activities while applying data-driven insights to optimize product placement and sell-through.

The role requires strong MS Office and Power BI skills, excellent communication, and the ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Field sales and merchandising experience preferred.
• 2-3 year sales or related experience considered.
• Proficiency with Power BI and MS Office required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot through customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks to drive sell-through.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives to raise product awareness.
• Leverage data analytics to guide store placement and merchandising decisions.
• Build long-term relationships with store personnel and cross-functional teams.
