Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share with The Home Depot. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and execute promotional events while leveraging data analytics to optimize merchandising and sell-through.

The role requires travel to assigned stores, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work nights/weekends as needed. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year in one state.
• Personal vehicle with insurance listed as primary driver.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and attend meetings, events, etc.
• Retail environment experience and MS Office proficiency expected.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to raise awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
