Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share with The Home Depot, delivering product solutions, conducting demos, and building retailer partnerships. You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, sales analytics using Power BI, and store resets while supporting brand campaigns and training through TTI's program.

This non-exempt role requires travel, nights and weekends, and involves staying close to assigned stores across

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid US driver's license for at least one year and a personal vehicle with insurance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned stores and occasional meetings/events; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/work nights and weekends as needed.
• MS Office proficiency and strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by delivering B2C sales and providing product solutions.
• Plan and execute events, demos, and store walks to boost consumer engagement.
• Support merchandising and brand marketing initiatives to increase sell-through.
• Leverage Power BI analytics to drive decisions and optimize in-store presence.
• Develop retailer relationships and coordinate with Home Depot teams for execution.
• Travel to/within markets, participate in training programs, and manage inventory reporting.
