Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot. You will deliver best-in-class B2C sales, demo products, and engage customers with TTI solutions.

You will plan promotional events, analyze sales data with Power BI, and build lasting relationships with store teams. The role requires travel, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous year in one state and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel to/ from assigned store locations as well as occasional travel for meetings and events (air travel may be required).
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotions to raise brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
