Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth for our Home Depot initiatives across assigned markets. You will execute merchandising, promotions, and product demonstrations while leveraging data insights to maximize sell-through.

In this role you will build relationships with store teams, plan events, and maintain brand presence. A strong emphasis on customer engagement, reliability, and mobility will help you succeed in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver's license for at least one continuous full year in one state.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising and product placement.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and training opportunities.
