Job summary

Techtronic Industries NA, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot across assigned markets. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and collaborate on promotional events to maximize sell-through.

The role emphasizes merchandising, data-driven decision making using Power BI, and building strong partnerships with Home Depot teams to ensure optimal product presence and sales execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Record screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store locations as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events. Air travel will be required.
• Employees will also be required to transport a small amount of company property.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service within The Home Depot, understanding customer needs and recommending TTI solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
