Techtronic Industries NA, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot as a key partner. You will engage customers on the floor, demonstrate products, and execute merchandising and promotional plans.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions using Power BI, strong product knowledge, and the ability to travel to assigned stores. A background in retail sales and MS Office proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one year and own a personal vehicle.
• Must be willing to travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events (air travel).
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot with best-in-class B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and activities to boost awareness and sell-through.
• Leverage data analytics through Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact.
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot teams to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock where needed, and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to ensure timely product placement and innovation.
