Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a Sales Manager in Minnesota to lead and coach a local Outside Sales team selling home security and home automation. The role blends 70% field activity with 30% in-office leadership, guiding hiring, training, and performance management.

You will structure daily field and office routines, drive results, and maintain a high-performance culture with focus on mentorship and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with technical devices including laptops/tablets.
• Proven leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives.
• Assign and manage leads; track and audit sales.
• Conduct training, 1:1 coaching and team huddles.
• Support the team by reducing attrition and guiding development.
• Office hours: 10:00am–2:00pm; Field hours: 2:30pm–8:30pm.
