Safe Haven Security is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team focused on Home Security and Home Automation. The role blends field leadership with office coaching, including interviewing, hiring, training, and motivating reps, with 70% field work and 30% office work.

You will manage daily activity, assign leads, track sales, and conduct 1:1 coaching. Benefits include paid training, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Must be able to travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle.
• Comfort with laptops, tablets, and similar devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity of local Outside Sales team.
• Interview, hire, train, and motivate reps; assign leads and track performance.
• Lead field activities and in-office coaching; conduct team huddles.
• Maintain personal sales, ride-alongs, and support for reps.
• Ensure coverage with field hours 2:30pm–8:30pm and office 10:00am–2:00pm.
