You will interview, train, schedule, monitor performance, and motivate the team while maintaining daily hours and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently with laptops, tablets, and other similar devices.
• The ability to travel within assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and onboard Outside Sales Representatives.
• Assign and manage leads, track sales, and conduct 1:1 coaching.
• Ride-alongs for new hires and struggling reps; motivate the team.
• Maintain and exceed personal sales requirements; daily field activity.
