Safe Haven Security LLC is expanding and seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team focused on Home Security and Home Automation. The role blends field leadership (70%) with structured office activities (30%), guiding reps to achieve performance targets and maintain customer focus.

You will interview and hire staff, assign leads, train, coach, and drive team success while managing attrition and staying aligned with regional management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred.
• Ability to interview, hire, train and motivate a team.
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives.
• Assign and manage leads and track sales performance.
• Conduct training, coaching, and daily team huddles to drive results.
