Job summary

Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team, overseeing daily activity in both field and office environments. You will interview, hire, train, and motivate reps, manage leads, and track performance to achieve targets.

Office hours run 10:00am–2:00pm while field hours are 2:30pm–8:30pm, with 70% field and 30% office duties. Expect uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, paid training, and comprehensive benefits as part of a W-2 role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory exposure preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team.
• Willingness to travel using a personal vehicle within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives.
• Assign and manage leads.
• Track and audit sales.
• Conduct training, 1:1 coaching, and team huddles.
• Support the team by reducing attrition and driving performance.
• Office hours: 10:00am–2:00pm daily.
• Maintain and exceed minimum personal sales requirements.
• Motivate the team via calls and group chat.
• Ride-alongs for new hires and struggling reps.
• Perform other duties as required by Regional Sales Management.
• Field hours: 2:30pm–8:30pm daily.
