Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead training, coaching, and field development across the market. You will partner with Sales leadership and Field Sales Managers to identify capability gaps, develop learning solutions, and improve field execution.

This is a highly visible, field-focused role emphasizing hands-on coaching and real-time development conversations. The ideal candidate is a dynamic facilitator and trusted coach who translates priorities into practical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
Minimum of 5 years total sales experience, including 3 years of people management experience.
Proficient PC skills with MS Office and presentation software.
Ability to be results-oriented with strong verbal/written communication, diplomacy, and customer service.
Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team with high attention to detail and deadlines.
Experience in Wine & Spirits Distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement targeted training programs aligned with strategic sales objectives.
Complete training for new hires and ongoing training for entire sales staff.
Coach Field Sales Managers and Sales Reps to drive market success.
Collaborate with leadership on training methods and “train the trainer” initiatives.
Analyze training needs and effectiveness and report findings to leadership.
Partner with supplier trainers and Breakthru for training needs.
