Job summary

Summit Business Group seeks a Trainer - Sales and Leadership Representative to lead, train, and motivate a growing sales force. The role combines in-field selling with mentoring new agents, to drive territory growth and high performance.

Responsibilities include calls, relationship building, scheduling trainings, and reporting progress. A health and life license or plan to obtain is expected, with licensing support offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; extensive leadership and sales background encouraged.
• Licensed health and life producer or willingness to obtain with reimbursement offered.
• Strong sales skills and prior mentorship or leadership experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium businesses within your territory.
• Build relationships and establish trust with customers and decision makers.
• Present supplemental benefits programs in group or enrollment settings.
• Report daily sales stats and weekly goals to leadership.
• Attend business networking events to generate new leads and referrals.
• Re-service existing client accounts and maintain CRM records.
• Balance field selling with training and mentoring new sales agents.
