- Outside sales or team leadership experience required.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and organization.
Responsibilities
- Run in-person appointments with business owners and employees.
- Model high-performance sales behavior for new team members.
- Mentor new hires through onboarding and field training.
- Support sales reps with product knowledge and systems.
- Lead daily or weekly team huddles to align goals.
- Track production, forecast activity, and collaborate with leadership.
