Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Agent and Trainer in Tennessee. You will lead by example, coach new reps, run in-person appointments, and help families obtain essential protection. The role blends sales performance with leadership development and community impact, with a path toward ownership.

Ideal candidates have outside sales experience, leadership skills, and are licensed or ready to obtain a Health & Life license within 90 days; fees reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or team leadership.
• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days; reimbursement available.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Running in-person appointments with business owners and employees
• Modeling high-performance sales behavior for new team members
• Mentoring new hires through onboarding and field training
• Supporting sales representatives with product knowledge and systems
• Leading daily or weekly team huddles to align goals
• Tracking production, forecasting activity, and collaborating with leadership
