You will conduct in-person appointments, model top sales performance, and train new hires in onboarding and systems. This role emphasizes leadership development and a fast-track path to agency ownership, with a collaborative, impact-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or team leadership.
• Currently licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with fees reimbursed.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to mentor and onboard new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run in-person appointments with business owners and employees.
• Model high-performance sales behavior for new team members.
• Mentor new hires through onboarding and field training.
• Support sales reps with product knowledge and systems.
• Lead daily or weekly team huddles to align goals.
• Track production, forecast activity, and collaborate with leadership.
