This role combines field sales with leadership development, offering a pathway to agency ownership for top performers. The ideal candidate brings outside sales or team leadership experience, exceptional communication, and a can-do mindset.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life licenses within 90 days; reimbursement provided.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Run in-person appointments with business owners and employees.
• Model high-performance sales behaviors for new team members.
• Mentor new hires through onboarding and field training.
• Support reps with product knowledge and systems.
• Lead daily or weekly team huddles to align goals.
• Track production, forecast activity, and collaborate with leadership.
