Job summary

Summit Insurance in Chandler, AZ is seeking an energetic Trainer to lead our in-field sales team and mentor new agents. You will drive client engagements, teach our sales process, and help teammates reach ambitious targets.

You’ll build relationships with business clients, conduct group presentations, and balance daily field work with leadership responsibilities. A background in health and life insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain the license (licensing reimbursement)

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to local businesses in your territory.
• Build strong professional relationships and establish trust with customers.
• Schedule appointments to present our supplemental benefits programs to employees in group settings.
• Report daily sales stats to leadership.
• Attend business networking events to generate new leads.
• Train and mentor sales agents on the team.
