Garyjames Inc & Affiliates is seeking an Area Sales & Branch Manager for staffing in Jonesboro, GA. This is a field-driven, revenue-generating role requiring hands-on prospecting, client visits, and leadership of a small branch team.

You will drive new business, develop territory growth, negotiate terms, and ensure service quality. The ideal candidate has a proven outside sales track record, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales success with revenue growth.
• Comfort prospecting in the field and meeting clients face-to-face.
• Strong business judgment and ability to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Ability to work independently while managing a defined sales territory.
• Leadership experience or readiness to lead a small, performance-focused team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
