Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a field-based sales team from prospecting to close, delivering exceptional customer service and revenue results. This role is based in our Telford, PA plant and involves collaboration with production, engineering and logistics to win projects.

The ideal candidate will mentor Outside Sales Representatives and Estimators, develop strategic sales plans, analyze market data, and maintain accurate quotes and pricing while

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales management experience in industrial or construction environment encouraged.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• SAP, Salesforce CPQ would be very beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains and mentors a team of O.S.R's that will travel to projects and build relationships with contractors.
• Manage, train and mentor a team of Estimators towards completing take-offs and improving quote accuracy.
• Implements and manages a system that generates leads and coordinates with engineering, purchasing, and production.
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to meet sales goals.
• Reviews market analytics to determine customer needs, pricing, and discounts.
• Provides professional communication with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
