Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a District Manager to lead Wireless Sales Leads across multiple stores and drive district performance. You will coach, develop, and motivate the team to exceed sales goals by strengthening product knowledge, competitive positioning, selling skills, and customer engagement.

Expect to visit stores, recruit and onboard staff, forecast staffing needs, and mentor top talent for retail success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years retail or sales experience.
• 3 years multi-location sales management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 85%.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in the field visiting stores to lead district sales and motivate teams.
• Recruiting and hiring strategies to maintain staffing levels across stores.
• Forecast staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and store leaders to reduce vacancies.
• Coach, mentor and enable top talent for retail success through in-store demonstrations.
• Review sales and performance data to identify opportunities and improve execution.
• Build strong relationships with store leaders and share market insights with senior leadership.
