Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. offers an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program. You will work in a Hybrid environment during a 10-week period, gaining hands-on exposure to territory sales, analytics, and cross-functional projects, while supporting retailer relationships and market insights.

You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze data, and present findings to leaders, contributing to territory growth and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate insights.
• Willing to travel locally within territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
