Job summary

PMI U.S. offers a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program. Interns gain hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and operations while collaborating with sales leaders to execute priorities within an assigned territory.

Participants will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory growth and consumer engagement, with a local travel expectation and a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship’s conclusion.
