Job summary

Norman International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to be the face of our brand in partner retail stores. You will train staff on product features, install samples, and maintain displays while providing superior customer service.

The role requires travel to multiple store locations, driving a dependable vehicle, and logging activities in Salesforce. Flex hours including evenings/weekends are expected. Remote work with local travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or service to department stores/mass merchants/home centers/DIY stores is a PLUS but not required.
• Effective communication, presentation, time management and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Salesforce are a plus

Responsibilities

• Interact with store associates and leaders to share sales techniques and product features
• Perform product sample installations and in-store signage maintenance
• Travel to customer stores and maintain a regular call cycle
• Log store activities in Salesforce and handle mileage reimbursement
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
